如何建立新檔

方法一：快速鍵： shift + f4

方法二：建立新檔按鈕
* 建立一個內部命令的工具列，指定 cm_EditNew 的命令，不要給任何參數。
** 設置-->選項-->工具列-->Insert New Button (插入新的按紐) --> for an internal command (選擇內部指令) --> as first element...(放置位置)
** 再選擇您想要放的工具

打開/編輯檔案特殊功能
* 儲存快速鍵：f2，或用 ctrl + s
* 打開文件後，變成亂碼時，可決定用不同編碼查看內容。
* 儲存文件時，可以自行決定儲存的編碼方式。
